Kew Painted Kitchen

Our brief was to retain the basic layout whilst improving access and integrating appliances. A more modern feel was required that would still suit the character of the house. Grays project managed a complete refit of the kitchen including electrical and plumbing works. The room was fully plastered including ceilings and the floor was levelled and laid with Karndean tiles in Opus – Nimbus. The customers chose a light painted door from the Kew range in Alabaster and combined this with granite work surfaces in Steel Grey to create a striking contrast. New lighting in the form of LED down lighters was installed along with ceiling speakers. An impressive bank of Neff appliances were fitted including a single oven, combination oven, warming drawer and induction hob. The effect was a stunning, bright and modern room with appliances to suit the keenest of cooks and keeping perfectly with the character of the house. The customer’s comments upon completion were: “We have had lots of ‘wows’ and definite kitchen envy from our family and friends.”
